MPMS PTSO Shirt Sale – Order by Monday, Oct. 27th!

Merchandise options include hoodies, t-shirts, and crewnecks in various sizes and colors.

 

To place an order for the MPMS PTSO shirt sale, please do the following:

  • Print and complete the order form - please add your student's name and homeroom to the order form 

  • Payment options:  Venmo (preferred) , check (preferred) or cash 

    • Venmo:   @MountPleasant-MiddlePTSO  (please indicate Venmo payment has been made on the order form with your Venmo info - order will not be placed if payment cannot be verified)

    • Checks:   made out to MPMS PTSO

    • Cash:        "CORRECT CHANGE ONLY "

Order forms and payments may be turned into the front office at MPMS.  If paying by cash, please place order form and cash in a sealed envelope with MPMS Shirt Sale printed on the outside. Place order by Monday, Oct. 27th!
