New Student Registration

Do you have a child that will be a new student at MPMS this year? If your child is not registered, you may visit the school Monday through Friday for a tour from 8:00-8:30am. If you have any questions, please call the school at 704-260-6530 and ask for Mrs. Jennifer Lumley.

 

Registration Information Needed:

Please provide the following information when registering a student

  • PROOF OF DOMICILE -  Deed, Lease, or Tax Statement showing that property is owned or rented by the parent or guardian.
  • PROOF OF GUARDIANSHIP - When child is residing with someone other than parent listed on Birth Certificate.
  • BIRTH CERTIFICATE - Copy of Birth Certificate
  • IMMUNIZATION RECORD (SHOTS) - Copy of current immunization.


Parents: Please be aware that a Picture ID will be requested when enrolling a child and that you will be asked to sign a notarized form.
